Refunds may only be givenĀ before your purchased credits are added to your account credit balance. Please see Section 4.3 of our Service Agreement for more information on our refund policy.

If you are not seeing your purchased credits reflected in your balance, please try these steps to complete the credit conversion.

If that doesn’t work, or you would like to request a refund for some other reason, please open a ticket, and let us know what the problem is.
