QUIC.cloud Premium Support Terms of Service

Welcome to QUIC.cloud Premium Support Services! As used in these Terms of Service, “QUIC.cloud,” “us” or “we” refers to QUIC Cloud, Inc. and its affiliates. “LiteSpeed” refers to Lite Speed Technologies Inc. and its affiliates.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY AS IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. These terms of use (the “Terms”), along with QUIC.cloud’s Privacy Policy, and General Terms of Use govern your use of QUIC.cloud’s Premium Support Services.

If there is a conflict between the General Terms and these additional terms applicable only to Paid Support Services, these additional terms will control for that conflict.


Service Details and Scope

The WordPress Optimization consists of setting up LiteSpeed Cache(LSCWP) to achieve the best results possible within your environment. Here’s what you need to know:

  • We will log into your WordPress Admin area and work through each option within the LiteSpeed Cache plugin.
  • We will enable the maximum level of optimization that can be enabled without negatively impacting any of your site’s features. 
  • While Litespeed Cache works well with most plugins and themes, it is possible that a conflict may arise. In such a case, we would exclude the conflicting file from optimization or disable the conflicting LiteSpeed option as necessary. We would not change the behavior of the conflicting plugin or theme.
  • If conflicts cause us to disable or alter LiteSpeed Cache settings, your final page score may be impacted. As such, this order is in no way a guarantee to improve your page score.
  • This optimization order will be considered complete after a one-time maximum LSCWP optimization (as outlined above) has been completed for your website.


The Expert Insights service consists of the following:

  • We will log in into your server to check if the server is optimally set to receive your expected traffic, run a test to check for uncached pages, and provide insights on how you can improve your cache hit ratio. We will also apply any fixes or improvements possible using any LiteSpeed or QUIC.cloud products.
  • We will provide hands-on support with installing Object Cache, or QUIC.cloud CDN, and/or any optimization tools considered necessary by our team to run your website smoothly.
  • Installation of third-party software other than those owned by LiteSpeed will be done on a best-effort basis and with default settings; since third-party software is not directly owned by us, providing optimization or ongoing support for it might not be possible.
  • At the end of this service, we will review any other bottlenecks on your whole website stack and provide you with detailed insights on how to run your website most efficiently.
  • This feedback may include suggestions for your server (only if required), CDN, or any other improvements your website may utilize to achieve the best possible performance.
  • If your website or server consultation requires additional time (more than the one hour included in your ticket), we may ask you to order additional hours to provide the best possible results for this service.


Ticket Closure and Refund Policy

  • We will consider this ticket resolved once the above scope is complete and a post-completion timeline of 7 days has passed.
  • After the work is completed, any re-optimization after you have made development-,  theme-, or plugin-level changes on your website is not a part of this service.
  • If you want to change the order scope or request a refund, you must inform us before work begins.
  • This service does not include development or coding-related work. If code-level changes are required, we will provide insights for your developer on what exactly to look for in terms of performance.
  • NO REFUNDS will be given for this service if installed third-party components (such as plugins and themes) impede our ability to improve your page score’.
  • NO REFUNDS will be given for this service after work has begun.
